Full Journal pdf2004-05-09 House Journal Page 4079 SB 260 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 8, 2004, calendar (page 3998), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 260(TRA) "An Act relating to metropolitan planning organizations and to the policy board of the metropolitan planning organization for the Anchorage metropolitan area; relating to transportation planning in federally recognized metropolitan planning areas; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 260(TRA) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 260(TRA) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 21 NAYS: 13 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Chenault, Coghill, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gatto, Hawker, Heinze, Kohring, Kott, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Ogg, Samuels, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Wilson, Wolf Nays: Berkowitz, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Gara, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Masek, Weyhrauch Excused: Holm Absent: Anderson, Harris, Morgan, Rokeberg, Williams And so, HCS CSSB 260(TRA) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved the effective date clauses. The question being: "Shall the effective date clauses be adopted?" Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCS CSSB 260(TRA)(efd fld H).
